قوانین عمومی رفتار (General) General Behavior

رفتار و تعامل با سایر کاربران باید بر پایه احترام متقابل باشد.

Interaction with other users must be based on mutual respect.

حفظ احترام و دوری از محتوای نامناسب.
Maintain respect and avoid inappropriate content.
تبلیغ سایر سرویس‌ها بدون اجازه ممنوع است.
Advertising other services without permission is forbidden.
تلاش برای ایجاد اختلال در پلتفرم ممنوع است.
Attempting to disrupt the platform is prohibited.

حساب کاربری و امنیت (Account) Account & Security

کاربر مسئول حفظ امنیت حساب کاربری خود است.

Users are responsible for their own account security.

به اشتراک‌گذاری یا فروش حساب مجاز نیست.
Account sharing or selling is not allowed.
استفاده از نام‌های کاربری توهین‌آمیز ممنوع است.
Offensive usernames are prohibited.
سوءاستفاده از سیستم ممنوع است.
Abusing the system is forbidden.

مالی و بازگشت وجه (Financial) Financial & Refund Policy

سیاست‌های مربوط به تراکنش‌ها و ریفاند.

Policies regarding transactions and refunds.

بازگشت وجه تنها در صورت مشکل فنی سرور.
Refunds only in case of a technical server issue.
درخواست ریفاند حداکثر تا ۴۸ ساعت پس از خرید.
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours.
پس از استفاده از سرویس، ریفاند امکان‌پذیر نیست.
No refunds after the service has been used.

تخلفات فنی و هک (Security) Technical Violations & Hacking

ابزار غیرمجاز = مسدودیت دائم.

Unauthorized tools = Permanent Ban.

نفوذ یا دسترسی غیرمجاز به اطلاعات دیگران ممنوع.
Unauthorized access to others' data is forbidden.
استفاده از بات‌ها یا ماکروها ممنوع است.
Use of bots or macros is prohibited.
مجازات: مسدودیت دائم بدون اخطار قبلی.
Punishment: Permanent ban without prior warning.

۰۲. هرگونه استفاده از چیت کلاینت 02. Any use of cheat clients بن اخطار -> ۳ روز -> ۳۰ روز Warning Ban -> 3 Days -> 30 Days

۰۳. همکاری با چیتر 03. Teaming with a cheater ۱۶ روز بن + ریست 16 Days Ban + Reset

۰۴. فحاشی که باعث بهم ریختن چت شود 04. Swearing causing chat disruption ۳ روز میوت 3 Days Mute

۰۵. اسپم در چت 05. Spamming in chat ۲۴ ساعت میوت 24 Hours Mute

۰۶. تبلیغ سرور های دیگر 06. Advertising other servers ۷ روز بن 7 Days Ban

۰۷. اذیت کردن یا توهین به استف 07. Harassing or insulting Staff بن دائم Perm Ban

۰۸. باگ ابیوز (استفاده غیرقانونی از باگ) 08. Bug Abuse (Exploiting bugs) ۵ روز بن 5 Days Ban

قوانین و وظایف تیم استف Staff Rules & Duties

اصول اخلاقی:
• داشتن اخلاق حرفه ای موقع کار.
• احترام کامل به های‌رنک‌ها و حتی رنک‌های پایین‌تر.
• هرگونه سوءاستفاده از دسترسی = بن دائم و اخراج.
• استف‌ها حق کیل کردن در رول‌پلی ندارند.

Ethical Principles:
• Professional behavior while on duty.
• Absolute respect towards higher ranks and lower ranks.
• Any abuse of permissions = Perm Ban & Demotion.
• Staff are not allowed to kill in Roleplay.

⚠️ General Violations

پاور گیمینگ (PG): انجام کارهای غیرممکن (مثل آوردن ماشین داخل ساختمان) Power Gaming (PG): Doing impossible things (e.g., bringing a car into a building) ۴۰ دقیقه جیل | تکرار: ۱ روز بن 40 Min Jail | Repeat: 1 Day Ban

کشتن پلیر تازه وارد و کسانی که جاب معمولی دارند (مکانیک/آتشنشان) Killing newcomers or regular job workers (Mechanic/Firefighter) ۳۰ دقیقه جیل 30 Min Jail

کشتن پلیر بدون آیتم (برای PD و Army هم صدق میکند) Killing players without items (Also applies to PD and Army) جیل Jail

ساختن خانه دارای تله (Trap) Building trap houses ریست Reset

کشتن پلیر هنگام کار در معدن یا چوب بری Killing players while mining or lumberjacking جیل Jail

قوانین مشاغل (Jobs) Jobs Rules

قوانین کلی:
- نگه داشتن کیت جاب داخل خونه (شامل گان) = جیل و ریست.
- کاف (Cuff) کردن بدون ناک کردن = ۲۰ دقیقه جیل.
- ابیوز کردن قابلیت های شغل (Cuff, Jail, Revive) = بن یا ریست اکانت.

General Rules:
- Keeping job kits at home (including guns) = Jail & Reset.
- Cuffing without knocking out = 20 Min Jail.
- Abusing job features (Cuff, Jail, Revive) = Ban or Account Reset.

Medic 🚑

مدیک حتما باید با خود ماشین داشته باشد.
Medics must always have a car with them.
ریو (Revive) دادن وسط درگیری (Fight) = کیک.
Reviving during a fight = Kick.

Fire Fighter 🚒

اگر مکانی که آتش گرفته را خاموش نکنید = اخطار لیدر و کیک.
Failing to extinguish fires = Leader Warning & Kick.
اجازه کیل (Kill) دادن ندارد.
Not allowed to kill.

PD (Police) 👮

تایم جیل: به ازای هر وانتد ۵ دقیقه.
Jail time: 5 minutes per Wanted level.
برای دستگیری: باید ۳ اخطار با فاصله ۵ ثانیه بدهید، اگر فرار کرد شلیک کنید.
Arresting: Give 3 warnings with 5-sec gaps; shoot if they flee.

Robbery 💰

فقط S.W.A.T و Army میتوانند به رابر اعزام شوند.
Only S.W.A.T and Army can dispatch to robberies.
بانک: ۶ وانتد | شاپ: ۲ وانتد
Bank: 6 Wanted | Shop: 2 Wanted

قوانین گنگ (Gang Rules) Gang Rules

🔸 گنگ‌ها فقط اجازه کشتن Army و PD را دارند (دفاع از خود مجاز است).
🔸 اگر گنگ عضو نداشته باشد یا هفته ای ۲ اتک نزند = وارن.
🔸 اجازه کشتن بازیکنان بدون وسیله (آیتم) را ندارند.
🔸 گنگ‌ها اجازه کشتن جاب‌های غیر نظامی را ندارند.
🔸 همکاری با شهروند موجب وارن می شود.
🔸 همکاری با گنگ دیگر بدون داشتن قرار داد وارن دارد.
🔸 کشتن اعضای گنگ دیگر درصورت نداشتن آیتم (بجز لیدر) = وارن.

🔸 Gangs are only allowed to kill Army and PD (Self-defense is allowed).
🔸 If a gang has no members or fails to attack twice a week = Warn.
🔸 Not allowed to kill players without items.
🔸 Gangs are not allowed to kill civilian jobs.
🔸 Teaming with citizens results in a Warn.
🔸 Teaming with another gang without an alliance contract results in a Warn.
🔸 Killing members of another gang if they have no items (except the leader) = Warn.

قوانین کریتیو (Creative) Creative Rules

ساخت کلاک ردستون یا ماشین‌های لگ‌زا (ردستون) کار نخواهد کرد و اکیدا ممنوع است. Building redstone clocks or redstone lag machines won't work and is strictly prohibited. بن دائم Perm Ban

استفاده بیش از حد از ماین‌کارت (Minecart) و آرمور استند (Armor Stand) مجاز نیست. Placing too many minecarts and armor stands is not allowed. اخطار / حذف Warn / Clear

انتیتی‌ها (موجودات، دراپ‌ها و...) هر ۵ دقیقه پاک می‌شوند. Entities will be cleared every 5 minutes. سیستمی System

شرایط استفاده از خدمات (TOS) Terms of Service (TOS)

۱. عمومی (General)

اگه بخواید از سرور ما استفاده کنید یا پلی بدید باید قوانین و Terms Of Service رو کاملا قبول داشته باشید. ما سعی میکنیم بهترین سرور رو با بهترین پینگ رو بسازیم ولی ممکنه مشکلاتی پیش بیاد.

۲. پرداخت‌ها (Payments)

اگه رنکی خریدید یا دونیت کردین پول پس داده نمیشود. اگه اکانت شما بن شده پول شما پس داده نمیشود. اگه به اجبار پول رو پس بگیرید (Chargeback) ای پی شما از سرور بلک لیست و بن میشود. ما تخفیف الکی روی رنک‌ها نمی‌زاریم.

۳. پشتیبانی (Support)

ما در سریع‌ترین حالت ممکن میخوایم جواب بدیم ولی همیشه ممکن نیست. اگه به تیم فحش یا بی‌احترامی کنید بن میشوید.

۴. ممنوعیت‌ها (General Prohibitions)

هر کاری روی اکانت شما اتفاق بیوفتد مسئولیتش با شماست ("دوستم انجام داد" بهانه نیست). نمیتونید پلاگین‌های اختصاصی مونیکس یا تیم‌های همکار مثل هایرون رو بفروشید یا لیک یا کرک کنید. بیشتر از ۳ اکانت تو سرور الکی نسازید. لطفا پسورد اکانت تون رو به کسی ندید.

۵. تعلیق یا بن اکانت (Suspension Or Ban)

ما میتونیم هر لحظه به هر دلیلی اکانت شما رو بن کنیم (نترسید برای خنده نمیکنیم، اگه قوانین رو نشکنید مشکلی نیست). اگه اکانت شما بن شد یعنی دلیلی داشتیم حتی اگه دلیل برای شما عجیب باشد.

1. General

If you want to use or play on our server, you must fully accept the rules and Terms of Service. We try to provide the best server with the best ping, but issues may occur.

2. Payments

If you purchase a rank or donate, money is non-refundable. If your account is banned, your money is not refunded. If you force a Chargeback, your IP will be blacklisted and banned from the server. We don't do fake rank discounts.

3. Support

We try to respond as fast as possible, but it's not always guaranteed. Insulting or disrespecting the team will result in a ban.

4. Prohibitions

You are responsible for whatever happens on your account ("my friend did it" is not an excuse). You may not sell, leak, or crack exclusive MoonX plugins or partner teams' plugins. Do not create more than 3 alternate accounts. Never share your password with anyone.

5. Suspension Or Ban

We reserve the right to ban your account at any time for any reason (Don't worry, we don't do it for fun, just follow the rules). If you get banned, there is a valid reason even if it seems strange to you.
